Common questions
A business won't honor a reward I earned.
Tell us which business and which reward and we'll contact them. Rewards are offered and honored by the businesses themselves — we can escalate, but we can't override them.
Why does UNOMI want my location?
To sort rewards by how close they are and to place them on the map. It's used while you're in the app only. Decline it and UNOMI falls back to the home ZIP code in your profile.
A shop near me isn't listed.
Send us the name and address and we'll reach out to them. If it's your shop, even better — email hello@unomi.app.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. It's permanent: your profile, saved rewards, and progress go with it. If you'd rather we do it, email privacy@unomi.app.
Something in the app is broken.
Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot.
