Terms of Service

By creating a UNOMI account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Heads up, Grant: template language, tuned to UNOMI — not legal advice. Get counsel to review, and fill in the governing-law jurisdiction and legal entity name before you ship.

Your account

You need an account to save rewards and track progress. Keep your login credentials to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use UNOMI.

Rewards are the business's, not ours

This is the important one. UNOMI is a place to find and track loyalty rewards offered by independent businesses. We don't issue the rewards, we don't fund them, and we can't force a business to honor one. The terms of any reward — what it takes to earn it, when it expires, whether it's still available — are set by the business, and they can change or withdraw it. If a business won't honor a reward you earned, tell us and we'll follow up with them, but your agreement about that reward is with them.

Rewards have no cash value and can't be sold, traded, or transferred.

Using the app honestly

Don't do any of the following:

If you do, we may suspend or delete your account and zero out your reward progress.

If you're a business on UNOMI

You're responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for honoring the rewards you publish. You represent that you have the right to use any logos or images you upload. We can remove a listing or reward that's misleading, illegal, or being used in bad faith.

Our stuff

The UNOMI app, name, and design are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; that's it. Business names and logos in the app belong to those businesses.

Availability

UNOMI is free, and it's provided as-is. We may change features, take the service down for maintenance, or discontinue it entirely. We don't promise the app will always be available, bug-free, or that every listing is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, UNOMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything arising out of a business's failure to honor a reward. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us, which — since the app is free — is likely zero.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Sections about intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use UNOMI after that means you accept the new terms.
